Students in our Reading Intervention classroom are strengthening their developing literacy skills and learning to enjoy reading. Many have been struggling with learning to read and comprehend what they are reading. These graphic novels will be added to our classroom library, so that students can borrow them to read in class and at home. Children who enjoy books will become lifelong readers! Graphic novels introduce students to imaginative worlds that they may not have been able to access due to their difficulties with reading. We want all of our students to feel successful and entertained while practicing needed literacy skills.

About my class
