Diverse Read Alouds for Kinders will bring books about people from many cultures, various backgrounds and life experiences to my students. Our classroom library has some books on these topics, but is in need of much, much more! These books will facilitate positive, age-appropriate discussions about acceptance, kindness, equality and humanity in our world. My goal is to feature a book weekly during our read aloud sessions. I want to have these books displayed where all can see and access. I will share these books with the other teachers at my school, too.
