Our 4 - 6 year old students need a variety of playground and psychomotor equipment to promote development of their different gross motor and hand eye coordination skills. We are requesting tricycles for students to use on our playground track every day to replace our 18 year old bikes that are broken and no longer safe to use. The bikes promote daily fitness, sharing and cooperation. The jump ropes, scarves, comet balls, and swing and catch cups will help students improve their eye hand coordination skills in a variety of ways as well as team work. During our psychomotor classes students will receive direct instruction and practice using these tools to improve their skills. By improving their gross motor and coordination skills they will also improve their health and wellness and promote their self regulation in the classroom.
