HA has a rigorous academic curriculum complemented by a strong athletic program, gifted and talented programs, extracurricular activities, and community service. The students rock! Sometimes day to day life can be overwhelming. In addition to their rigorous classes, they are coping with Covid-19 and now the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. My hope is to give the students a place to pause. For many students, it just takes a few minutes to be heard and validated while playing with a fidget and drinking water. Please help them with tools to hydrate & re-focus!

About my class
