Hello and thank you for checking out my Donor's Choose website! I deeply appreciate your interest in the Amundsen HS Music Program. The AHS Music Department experienced a revival in 2006. Since then, we have built ourselves into a full service music program offering students the ability to perform in concert band, marching band, jazz ensemble, orchestra & chorus. We supply all of our students with all the necessary instruments and supplies as many come to us from families who cannot afford the cost of these items. Due to this (and the fact that most of our instruments were purchased 30+ years ago), we have a very limited inventory which limits our ability to take in every student who expresses interest.
