In my primary role, I have students in grades K-2 who are learning English as a second language. I am also a literacy coach this year and get to work with Tier I 2nd graders in reading workshop. We are a Title I school, but we have big goals for ourselves. Currently, all of my 27 Kindergarteners are reading at least one year above grade level and continue to push themselves everyday.
