I want my kids to work in small interactive science groups where they can explore and learn from each other. This is something they have not much experienced due to online learning. I want to give them the opportunity to be active learners in group settings. Funding group activities will help me achieve this goal. In addition, many of my students have a difficult time staying focused due to anxiety, or are easily distracted. I would like to get them tension bands for their desks to help them get some movement without distracting themselves or others. This will help them to focus on the task at hand.
