Our student body is a diverse group of students curious about the world, but somewhat disconnected from the process of history beyond what they see on screen. With a major military base nearby, many of our students have moved several times and many also speak a second language. Our school is also a magnet school focused on increasing international awareness and global curiosity. Our students love to work with technology even though a majority of our students are economically disadvantaged. Despite their challenges, they remain curious, inventive, and hopeful.
