My class is delightful but full of energy! We are a middle class school with a diverse population. Our school is a well - loved community school that has a running program, high academic standards and a very involved and helpful parent community. My students range in age from my sweet little 4 year olds to my more mature 6 year olds. They love to listen to stories, write in their journals, explore with math manipulatives and play with their friends during free choice time. I would love and appreciate if Chevron could support me in the purchase of this rug. I borrowed one from a teacher last year and it helped my students stay off of each other last year. This year I have almost twice the amount of boys as I do girls and am not able to use the rug. The boys could really benefit from having their own spot to sit in. I realize that this is a small thing but it has huge effects in their ability to stay focussed. Thanks!
