In our classroom we have 24 of the sweetest kids you could ever ask for. Saying that, they are also high energy and crave any type of new age technology. In our classroom we have 3 laptops but they do not work and are extremely outdated. Teachers at our school were given iPads but my students use it so that they can get technology time. I purchased a tablet myself and the students use my personal tablet so that more students can get a little technology time. As a teacher I see the desire and potential for my students to learn more using technology. These students have the capabilities to use 21st century skills but we do not have the resources to accommodate that desire. In order to create world ready students we have to give them opportunities to achieve. I want my students to have that opportunity to rise to the occasion but we need your help. These children are amazing and have such creative minds and can do anything they set their mind to and they deserve that opportunity.
