Distance learning in preschool looks a little different than distance learning in the upper grades. The preschool experience is part interactions and part exploration and creation! My kiddos learn with their hands, through their five senses and they love to create art work that their parents proudly display on the fridge. So through my journey in distance learning, I have been providing parents with hands-on activities that they can do with their child, but unfortunately, a lot of those activities require art supplies (crayons, markers, glue sticks etc.) that most of my parents cannot afford (we are a preschool program serving underprivileged families in Santa Ana, California). Please help my children and their families engage and create together in these uncertain and scary times, some of my families have lost their jobs and are just trying to survive. These art supply goodies for their babies would mean the world to them, and me.
