Our Academy is a small high school located in Brooklyn, NY. The students there are predominantly low-income and high-need. Having a music teacher at their school is new to them, and many of these students have not had music education in elementary or middle school. As their current music teacher, I am lacking the funds and resources to provide them with the education they need.
