My students come from all ethnic diversities. They are excited and eager to learn. All of my students attending this school receive free breakfast every morning and lunch. Our school is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is one of the most low-income areas in our valley. On the first day of school, my students told me about their future dreams and what they want to achieve. As an educator, I want to be that ladder that leads them to their dreams. I want them to continue to reach for what they want in life. I feel it is my responsibility as their teacher, to provide as many resources as I can to enable them to achieve their goals.
