My students are a creative group of 30 Kindergarteners. They are a mixture of learners with many languages and socioeconomically backgrounds that are tied together with a love of learning and the shared excitement found in that love. For many, they are just learning our words and want to tell stories, create dreams, share ideas and have power. They find some of their greatest joys sharing these concepts with their peers and others. They push me everyday to keep up with their love of writing and give them the tools to make each one more successful and independent.

About my class
