Help us give our students Chromebooks for the MTSS (Multi Tiered Systems of Support) intervention classroom! With each donation, you are helping students who need additional academic and behavioral support in order to succeed in the general education environment. These Chromebooks will give them the opportunity to use technology every day to help fill in learning gaps. My 250 students, who are 2 or more years below grade level standards, need Chromebooks to help bridge the gap They are so happy and excited about learning, but they need more than one way to learn new material. My team and I organize small groups of students with similar needs and meet with them for 30 minutes a day twice a week per subject. We have seen so much improvement and this makes all of us very proud. In order to afford our students additional intervention practice and to help us collect better scientific data, we use researched based digital platforms. We are often scrambling to find available technology to allow for student practice or to administer the assessments. A filled Chromebook cart for our program would alleviate this problem and allow our students to have access to these wonderful programs whenever needed. The Chromebooks would allow our program to have a further reach. Our goal is to reduce the numbers of students who qualify for our intervention program and virtually work ourselves out of jobs!
