My students are my little firecrackers! They are full of energy and interest. Most of them are English Language Learners and daily we find ways to build language and support vocabulary development. My school is full of teachers and staff who care about our students as much as our own families. I work in community that is strained for basic resources--we pour our little bit of money into books and field trips, often leaving teachers to buy basic organizational supplies to keep the classroom running smoothly.
