With new rest mats my students will be comfortable and well rested. They will wake up refreshed and ready to learn. Our current mats are old and ripped, they have been repaired with duct tape. Most of these economically disadvantaged children could not afford a rest mat this year. We have to use old rest mats that were left by prior students. These kids would absolutely be thrilled to be able to have a new, soft mat to lay on during rest time. I am truly blessed to be apart of there lives.
