My students are from Oklahoma. The school has some challenges. With these challenges, teachers must find new, innovative and exciting activities to help the students enhance their learning. Many of the students are at risk. Their economic disadvantage makes them at risk for not mastering the academic skills necessary to become successful adults. Reaching and teaching at risk students means building relationships and fostering a desired and exciting opportunity for each student to succeed.
