My school belongs to a close-knit community in Chicago where students are very involved in after-school activities. Our school believes that what happens outside the classroom is just as important as what happens inside. To meet the needs of all students, we have an abundance of sports teams, an art club, a drum circle and even produce a student-directed musical each spring. Our students are avid readers who would love the opportunity to test their reading skills against other schools. This year, we would like to form a team of readers for our district's "Battle of the Books."

About my class
