Students in my school are mainly Latino students. Many of them come from low-income families. Most of them, qualify and take the advantage of free or reduced lunches. There are some students who are not able to purchase basic class materials not to even mention about a calculator. Additionally, many of them experience difficulties at home; for instance, parent divorce, eviction, child abuse, etc.
