My 1st - 3rd graders are a group of innovative and determined students who work together in building inspiring and unique projects. They attend a Montessori school in California where they learn to be leaders who can work independently and collaboratively in groups. My students are always seeking ways to build creative things and take on new challenges. This past year, they built a geodesic dome using newspaper sheets, a challenging architectural task for anyone. To accomplish other creative and challenging activities like these, they will need more materials. With these art supplies, my students will be able to expand their skills and further their interests.
