I am seeking funding to attend the InFosys Foundation PathFinders Summer Institute's professional development event. I hope to participate in the Makey Makey Invention Literacy course will give me the knowledge and skill set of invention literacy by building off of the basics of electronics (using the Makey Makey and Scrappy Circuits) and to learn how to create expressive interactive art, hack recycled toys, create alarms with office supplies, and even learn to make pixel art fingerpaint. When learning looks like this, I can see both students and teachers being just amazed at what our students can do!
