First graders love books and love to pick their own. The canvas bags we will receive are going to allow each student to keep the books they choose in it from week to week. They will have the opportunity to decorate their own bag showing their unique personality. Taking ownership of your school materials makes you responsible for your learning and makes it fun to use your creative skills. First grade fingers tap all day and their feet dance under their desks because they need to move. Wiggle chairs will give them the movement they need while staying in their learning area. When their bodies are in motion we can keep our minds on getting smarter.
