My special needs students reside in a urban district that has felt the effects of Covid-19. As a speech pathologist, my goal is to ensure that I deliver the best and most effective manner of teletherapy to help my students achieve their communication goals. My students require maximum supports to obtain their outlined goals. The iPad will allow me to download specific apps that target speech and language disorders that can be mirrored and presented via a virtual platform. The camera will allow the students to view various images that are specific to their needs.
