We are currently using a projector loaned to us from another math teacher who needs it back. We use the projector every day and it is an integral part of our classroom and the way that our lessons run. A projector helps display graphs, and allows for easy access to students' work so that they can present it. It also allows me to display slides and notes that I have prepared in advance with ease. Finally, it allows for the integration of many types of visual media into our class both for student engagement and to help relate algebra to life outside the classroom.
