I am a teacher from a small rural town. I teach a 2nd/3rd grade split. I was blessed with a small grant last year that helped me purchase 5 Ipads for my classroom. It has enabled me to bring a big chunk of technology into my classroom. With having a split class 5 Ipads is not enough. I would like to be able to puchase 5 more so while I am teaching my second graders my third graders can be improving their math and reading skills and vice versa. My students have been able to bring the outside world to them with writing projects and have the capablitity to do research right in the classroom. My students have become very enticed to learn more with having access to the Ipads and their writing has become incredible.
