My class serves 10 adorable preschool children between the ages of 3-5 diagnosed with moderate to severe autism. They come into the classroom packed with energy and love gross motor activities such as running, jumping, crawling and climbing. However, since we are the only Pre-K classroom in the school, the outdoor playground is not age appropriate for my students. They spend the majority of their time inside the classroom with limited space and equipments. Thus, with your support the therapeutic gross motor equipment requested will help these busy bodies calm down and be able to learn.
