Playing board games allow the students to learn through play. It also teaches them how to synergize and work together. I love playing board games and my students don't get the opportunity to do this at home. They only know games on their computers and tablets. I think having multiples of each game will allow us to play as a whole class the same games together in smaller groups. With these new board games my students will look forward to learning. Learning through play is the best! Board games are so beneficial in so many areas. It helps students learn to be a good sport. All the games I have chosen are not only fun but very educational. They teach math skills, reading skills, and how to strategize. I think everyone benefits when playing games. Students who do not always shine can be the a winner at a game. We communicate and talk and laugh. These kids need some play in their world. Because of Covid and other illnesses we wipe are desk constantly with clorax wipes. We also use paper towels to dry our hands after we wash a couple times daily. Being clean helps us to be in attendance at school and when we are here, we learn. We give tickets for turning in assignments and being prepared. They use the tickets to purchase incentives. The fidget toys make great incentives for the students. Thank You
