Sometimes, students' feelings can feel so big and unmanageable that they need a break and breather. In the counseling classroom, I offer such breaks for students, but I need your help creating a "zen zone" to help our students calm themselves, recenter, and return to their classrooms ready to learn and interact with others. These materials will help me create the zen zone that students need to help refocus their thoughts, calm their feelings, and decrease stress and anxiety that make focusing on classwork a challenge at times. Using these supplies, I can help students to quickly calm themselves and get back to the business of learning!
