My students attend an elementary school in a suburban environment in Bergen County. The majority receive free lunch and breakfast at school. Many of the students come from homes where books on their reading levels are not available. The public library is located a distance from the school and few of the students frequent this regularly. I would like to have a number of new and inviting books on the students' reading levels to enrich their reading experience.
