My students sit in desks ALL DAY LONG in their classes. They are uncomfortable, which doesn't help them do their best learning. When they come to English class, they would love the opportunity to sit in comfortable bean bag chairs or to stand up at a tall desk. Being comfortable will allow them to relax and focus on their work. Not every student learns best in a standard school desk. Having flexible seating options will empower them to choose their best learning environment. Lap desks will help them have a work surface as they relax in a bean bag chair.
