Working remotely is a challenge for all students, especially those that are not proficient in English. My students are Tech savvy and are motivated by electronics and graphics. Unfortunately, the computer I was provided years ago is not up to date and doesn't have the features my students are used to seeing on their devices. I want my students to be engaged while they are working remotely. The iPad that I am requesting is going to hold the attention of my students by using the graphics they are used to seeing every day. It will allow me to keep up with the technology of today's times. The larger screen will also allow me to see all of my students face at once, not just a few. During remote learning, a lot of our time is spent on group platforms. This will allow our class discussions to feel more personal.
