As a 6th grade teacher, I find it extremely important to allow students to experience their learning in a collaborative, fun, trusting, and safe setting. Creating a community of learners can lead to the greatest growth and learning, especially with such a diverse group. In my classroom I have the privilege of teaching many wonderful students with various needs, including English Language Learners (ELL), students with learning disabilities, students with emotional disabilities, and students with cognitive disabilities.

About my class
