How many times were you influenced by a book? One that made you feel completely immersed in the story? Books can capture your imagination and take you places that you never even knew existed. My students attend a public school. They are different from most of the other students that attend school. My students are unable to walk, read, write or talk. They can listen to stories. I would like my students to have as much exposure to literature as possible in spite of the disabilities that they face.
