I teach a 5th/6th combo class at a K-6 school. Many of my students come from homes with limited resources. About 98% of the student population at my school receive free or reduced lunches. My students are very sweet and they love taking an active part in their education. The students in my class cannot afford to purchase robotics equipment to enhance their learning experiences. I want all of my students to be exposed to the technology that will increase their awareness of how technology is used on a daily basis. I want to encourage my students to get jobs in the future that require technical skills. It would be great if some of them became computer designers or engineers because of the learning experiences that they received as a child. Please help open up a world of opportunity for my students.
