Relating to math can sometimes be difficult for students, especially middle school students. This year I would love to get a monthly subscription to the Scholastic Math magazine to help bridge that gap. These magazines will mainly be used in my math support class, for students who are struggling with Pre-Algebra. This will help strengthen students reading skills and create a better understanding of math as it relates to the world around them. There is also a digital component that is included for students to access materials through their iPads with videos and games. My school is a 1:1 with iPads and students which means all components of this resource will get used!
