I have a class of bright energetic second grade students who love to learn. They live in a low socio-economic area and face many challenges on a daily basis. Many of the students have never visited a library and rarely have any books at home that they can read on a daily basis. It is my goal this year to expose them to as many reading experiences as possible to build a love of books and reading.
