I have a wonderful class of first graders. They love to read but enjoy math more. Having the ability to explore math concepts however, sometimes can be a challenge to grasp. Having math concept books will allow students to make connections to real life concepts and make for a stronger connection between everyday math situations and math concepts being taught in school.
