I am the technology/media in an inner city school. I teach grades pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Many of of students come from low income homes and the only opportunity for them to use technology is while they are at school. Our students use computers and various other types of technology to learn and reinforce subject matter in all areas. While we have a beautiful library and great books for younger students we are lacking books for our middle schools students.
