My students are preschool children. The majority of them are second language learners. Many of my students are Latino, living in a low socio-economic area in Southern California. They are very eager and motivated learners. Many of them are kinesthetic learners, especially at this age. They love to do many hands on activities. Being able to use tactile tools will enable them to be even more motivated in their learning. They also enjoy learning through audio visuals, technology, and interactive learning games. Many of them do not have access to computers or other academic resources, therefore it is imperative they have access to all of these new ways of learning.
