I am the culinary teacher at Widney Career Preparatory & Transition Center. The senior prom is catered by the students and myself. This will be our second year catering a four-course meal for the guests attending prom. Prom is a special event at Widney. It gives our students a chance to experience a night of dining and dancing with their peers celebrating their senior year. Culinary students will experience and gain vocational training in the kitchen that will prepare them for work in a real restaurant kitchen. These items will take our catering experience to the next level and provide an elegant experience to guests.

About my class
