With this Cricut, I will be able to make pictures for adaptive books, felt stories for pre-academic skills, stickers for them to stand on while in line. The opportunities are limitless! We rely on bold, beautiful colors, shapes and designs to create materials for interactive play and learning. Simple shapes like circles, triangles, and squares can be difficult to trace and cut. Custom shapes that relate to our thematic units can be challenging to find, especially in our school where our die cut machine is often limited to one size and not much of a variety. We will be able to design and create the shapes we need to fit the sizes we need as well. We can also create items that can be used by the children to create crafts that incorporate size, color and positional concepts. With your donations our students will be able to thrive and build these skills to help them navigate their learning at their own pace and level of need. We all know that school and learning is not a one-size fits all approach.
