I work in a Title-1 school, which means low performing. Although, I have 18 students with varying learning styles, the academic deficiencies warrant additional instructional resources. My class consist of a couple of exceptionally diagnosed children, three struggling readers and the remaining approaching or at a 3-grade-level. Additionally, third grade is a transitional and benchmark grade which as a result of testing will determine whether they advance to the next grade.
