Ours is a school that services a mainly African-American population. It services children is grades pre-k through grade five. We have four special education classes as well. Our school is 100% title-1. That means that they receive a free lunch and are thus from lower income families. We have several families that are homeless. Our students though, are fabulous. They are smart and focused on their education. They need our help to achieve at the level at which they are able.
