My students are bright and creative. They are all as unique as can be. They come from all over the city, all socioeconomic types, all ethnicities, and all learning abilities ranging from special education to gifted. Many have experienced discrimination and bullying because they speak a different language and come from different cultural backgrounds. Instead of continuing to wallow in their own oppression, my students are using their talents to rise above. My students are using digital media as an outlet to produce art, films, and other media to voice their concerns and inform others.
