We are an inner city neighborhood school in Hollywood California that has been here for over a hundred years. Our population is mostly immigrant students from working class families and some shelter students. Our school is 100 % economically disadvantaged. We have performed incredibly well in state testing in the last ten years reaching an API of 800 this year. We are very proud of our accomplishments and want to continue our rise to the top. Watching these students try their best in everything they do makes us as teachers want to dig deeper and try harder for them.
