My high school is located right between polar opposite socioeconomic neighborhoods in a city of CA. We are a title one school, low performing, but have the hearts of a lion. My students are used to making due with what they have. They do not complain but they have many worries. My students are passionate, creative, and proud. We come from communities with many limitations. My goal in the classroom is to let their imaginations create.
