Our school is made up of 86.6% Hispanic students, the majority of which continue to struggle with language. The demographics include 87% economically disadvantaged students; therefore most of my students come from low-income families where technology is nonexistent. With the use of a laptop our class would be allowed to view engaging math lessons. This would be a great way to learn new math concepts. A lot of my students have a really hard time learning new math skills and would benefit from the interactive stories, activities, and games that our program has to offer.
