Crazy kids need lots of books! I teach a wonderfully eclectic and dynamic group of 7th graders at a public middle school in New York. Our school is very diverse with no clear ethnic majority. It is a Title 1 school that is struggling to make progress. The kids range in reading levels from 3rd grade to 10th grade! That is the truth!
