My students come from many diverse backgrounds as we are an urban school for music, art and the performing arts. In addition to applying themselves in academic classrooms students at our school spend time every day learning and perfecting their art form. Our school is filled with dancers, musicians, singers, actors, and visual artists who have a natural curiosity about the world around them. The students choose to come to this school for their art and I want help inspire them to love coming to my science class to learn more about how science shapes our world.

About my class
